Tack a piece of rebar across the bottom plate…and if you decide to move or remove, you could simply unscrew them…leaving the plate buried…

That would work on one. It has a screw on plate. The other three are slip on with a set screw. That’s what I get for just using what‘s laying around

Likely you have a tractor. A decent loader should pull them right out of the ground even if you use Sakrete. Or just use the rear lift
