Hunting Lease

OK guys, need some advice. I am 76 yrs old and trying to get info on a possible lease. I have never leased land in Ga so all new to me.
What size tract would $5,000 get me from Albany down to the Thomasville area . Would not be interested in a club. Just something for me to be able to hunt and relax until I can't anymore.

I would say between 300 and 500 acres. Probably closer to 300 and that's IF if you can find some land available. Good luck.
