Fishing was great again on Allatoona. Similar to the other day we were fishing mid lake over a 60-80 foot bottom right off the main channel with most fish coming at about 35 feet. The bite was late, only had 8 before 9:00 but finished with 30, the majority being hybrids and white bass with a few good size channel cats mixed in. If you can find a school you can sit on them for almost an hour before they get wise to you. Hopefully they stay hot after the weather comes in on Sunday and we can hit them again next week. I'll be sure to post what we find, good or bad.

Here's some pics of a few of the bigger ones, nothing over 5 or so pounds if I had to guess.

Is that the same fish used in all three pics? LOL :fish: :lie:

Honestly looks like an awesome time. I would love to go out soon.

It's amazing really, all the hybrids we've been catching have been primarily that size, I'd really like to get something with some size to it but I just haven't found anything yet on Allatoona. I may try to scout out Lanier next week just to try and catch some bigger fish, especially since Carter's is all but closed right now.
