Not the best job in the world but I don't do this for a living either. This is probably only the second Glock I've ever sanded, scalloped, smoothed and stippled.

It's also easy to blow a chunk of money on these things as aftermarket parts/support are endless.

What get's me... It's still not perfection :becky:. But, it'll do the job for EDC.

Oh, by the way, does anyone know if this is the frying pan finish or not? Tennifer? Sorry, I'm just ignorant about their finishes.

Do you carry with threaded barrel? If so does it make a big difference in fit?

Yes and No to answer your questions. I haven't started carrying it just yet as I just received my Gearcraft holster the other day and I'm waiting on a new carry belt (Relentless Tactical). I have tried it on and it seems to fit really nice at the 5 o'clock position. Surprisingly light and super compact.

Get a Gen 3
Make sure you Stipple it, buy a special barrel, upgrade the trigger, cut patterns in the slide, Cerakote it puke green, buy metal night sights, fill any text with white fingernail polish. Then you'll have a winner

Well, I got a gen 4 to try out. Not stippled yet, but I did add one upgrade....

I have my RMRed glock that I plan to never sell due to the $$ I sank into it. One day it may get the railin93 railin93 treatment - then the ODT complainers will REALLY know I've devalued it!

That a compliment or a bash?...value is only what someone is willing to pay for it...no glock will ever be worth 1200-1500 in my opinion and i own a few that id never want to part with but money talks!
