Worked fine for me at work with my laptop. When I got home I couldn't get on so I logged into our work VPN and that did the trick. Waited about 15 mins then went back to my network and worked like a charm!

Change DNS server on your connection. I changed to google's server :
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

and the new site popped up right away.
