I didn't get fat by not being able to cook...

I finally made this and it is AWESOME!

I made some changes out of necessity (I ran out of ingredients)

I used zesty chilli diced tomatoes from a can bc i forgot to get fresh tomatoes. I also used regular milk in the sausage pan bc i used all my heavy cream in the grits. So I used a little corn starch to thicken it up.

My spice was half Old Bay and half Slap Ya Mamma.

I didn't get around to freezing and frying the grits yet, gonna try it maybe tomorrow...i wanted yellow grits but all I could get is white...

I've never been a fan of grits, but that looks amazing.

Making them w heavy cream and cheese, they are nothing like the traditional "breakfast" grits that you are used to eating. And the yellow grits have a different taste all together, at least in my mind they do.
