Ummm, that may be hard to do. Most everyone packs on about 20 lbs right after quitting. Increased appetite, and stuff just tastes so much better.

I stopped chewing tobacco 24 years ago

i didn’t gain weight but I realized that it was a great appetite suppressant especially when on hours long drives

Alabama they are 7 a pack or 70 a carton.
