My guess is flu, but could be Covid too. They both can do this. I would get flu and Covid tested.

A friend of mine just got both flu A and B at the same time and it was pretty horrible.

Sounds to me like the flu.. also have been told by a nurse that if you have any fluid( wetness) in your nose it can cause a false positive for Covid.. get well soon

Before covid it was called the flu,sinus infection,bad cold.
