I have a family that has never eaten squirrel. How do you fix it so they like it?

I've never actually tried it this way but I was told my grandma used to chop it up, and mix with mayo like chicken salad. They might transition easier to something on a sandwich? Let us know how it goes (or doesn't).

Teriyaki sauce does good, so does dales seasoning as well as worcestershire sauce. I treat it just like I would steak or chicken or pork.

I always say you could put a turd in Dales and it would turn out alright! Never had squirrel, but I was actually thinking about it the other day while I was watching 20 of them in my backyard, so I'm glad this came up.
