I have Spypoint cams that immediately send pics to my phone. There are probably better ones out there as I have read mixed reviews about Spypoint, although mine have been very good.

I am not quite understanding why you allowed them to trespass and steal from you while you were watching. Perhaps I am misunderstanding, but that's how I read it. I would have called the police right then, and confronted them on my property, all while recording the encounter. She would not have been given a second chance on my property.
