One I can wear while metal detecting mostly , as I have to much on my waist already , anybody know what and where to get a good quality one ?

Miami Special or similar , I'd love to carry my G 43 , G26 , or G-19-23 32.

That "The Guides Choice " looks like a good option , but for a smaller Semi Auto in my case .

The other nice Shoulder holster they have would be in my way under my arms while swinging my detector and digging BUT ! its nice as well .

+ $200 Bills = Well made & Made in America , It's a-lot for me but may be a good investment , esp if I got one to fit a G-19 size frame .

get a nylon one from ebay you wont use it that often and sweat wont ruin it. I have 2 here for small semi autos I am going to sell for $3 each at odt13

I got two of them from CraftHolsters.com. One for a Walther PPK/S, and one for a Walther PPS M2. I love them (although I rarely use them), but for hunting and car travel they'd be wonderful.

Check out Hill People Gear and see their chest kit bags. This one is the Recon Kit Bag. They have an individual compartment for a handgun. I believe 511 has recently entering the chest bag game also.

Hill People Gear kit bags are the way to go. You can carry your pistol in the one pocket, keys, rape whistle, skittles and other life saving goodies in the other pockets. If you get one of the Recon or SAR versions, you can carry a knife and/or tourniquet on the outside.
