I betcha do in Coweta? I had one of those Rent-to-Own buildings delivered about 10 yrs ago. Had EMC put a pole to run electricity. Called county about inspection to have power ran. Was asked about a building permit. Told her I didn't build it, it was delivered on a trailer. She said that it didn't matter and I would have to pay the penalty for not getting a building permit. Still don't have electricity to that barn.

I just stumbled on your old tread. What was the penalty for that?

I sell these things for a living. Our company has been in business 25 years, we only use American made materials and have stamped engineered drawings on our structures. We don’t sell junk so we AINT going to be the cheapest…….but you only have to buy it once. If you want a quote pm me and I’ll be in touch Monday.

they expect you to check with them before you build.

Neighbor set one up for a single car and the county fined him a$299 and made him move it till he got a permit.
