I need work! Company i work for is shutting down!

If anybody has any work in north ga I really really need a job! I can do most anything and what I can't do I will learn. I'm honest..I'm dependable..drug free and easy to get along with.

Well i worked for frontier communications for 15 years doing telephone work and splicing. Left their to help my dad run his lumber Co and sawmill. We're about to have to shut it down due to the economy. But I have experience in telecommunications.. I've done quite a bit of carpentry..my dad was a builder. I'm a proficient welder/ fabricator.. can run most any kind of heavy equipment. Shoot I've done a little bit of everything. I'm very copentent and a fast learner. I've always had to do things myself so what I dident know how to do I learned. Most of all I'm honest and dependable.

My son is taking welding classes in high school now. So I kind of keep an eye out for welding jobs around town just out of curiosity. Check with Steel Stitch in Canton Ga and Awnex in Jasper/Ballground Ga. Also UAC (Universal Alloy Corp) is always hiring for their facility in Ballground and Canton. (I don't have any affiliation with any of these companies.)

Check with Quanta. https://www.quantaservices.com/. The telecom experience you have might be handy getting a job with them.
Call Comtran. https://www.comtrangroup.com/ . They've got a lot of fiber and low voltage work all over the state.

I don't know if either of these places have any openings, but it wouldn't hurt to give them a call.

Another potential is Blue Ridge Mountain EMC.... They have lots of folks in north GA working underground power and fiber optic cables....
