I went through a Blue Cheese phase several years ago. And I don't hate it now . But I realized it's REALLY salty. Provolone is okay but not that much taste . As for the cheese and onions part...well yeah along with some bell peppers on a hoagie roll with any kinda meat and I'm there.

The ol lady got me some jalapeno pimento cheese from Aldi last week. It's okay but the cheese is larger shreds which makes it kinda chunky. I prefer the Mrs. Ruth's style which is really finely shredded and more like a spread.

I dig Ingles but we don't live close to one anymore. When I lived in Forsyth I could see the Ingles from my front yard. But here in Perry it's a whole different story.
