This picture shows the change of the time, I remember in the Philippines if you were Air Force , during jungle training ( Crow Valley) if you folded your sleeves the way the Marines do, you were punished with a run or push ups.

I get it, they're getting alterations on their pants. Which in my 9 years in the Army I never saw once. Doubtful they're getting their ACUs altered.
