If you had $200 to spend on a pocket knife, what would you pick up?

44 bucks...good steel and holds an edge.
I've got several of these Boker's and the AU8 is easy to sharpen; but seems to dull quicker. I personally like the mini version better than the full size. I do like the box they come in. AK mag shaped.

I AM a knife guy. I have and have had a lot of knives, both high end and budget. If your budget is around 2 bills then check out the SOG Seal XR. It's about as close as you can get to a folding fixed blade. S35VN steel, new XR lock (yeah they ripped off the Benchmade Axis). I use my knives (yes plural) everyday HARD. This one is for hacking, prying, cutting, slicing , chopping and bashing when necessary. Just be mindful, it's a chunk of steel so it's on the heavy side. Now, if you don't need a folding machetay like me then their Terminus XR might be a better option. D2 tool steel, the same buttery smooth XR lock and much cheaper. Both knives are flippers also.
