……..around 2007, and you built a neighborhood RIGHT NEXT TO NOHS, pm me. We need to have a discussion. Preferably face to face.

i would like you to justify why, in person, face-to-face, my house:

Has a doorbell on the garage entrance, but not the front door.
Has rooms so small I cannot fit a standard size bed and dresser and fully open the closet door.
A ‘bedroom’ has no closet.
The ENTIRE first floor has no return vents.
The pantry door opens into the alleged breakfast area. ((Ain’t no room for a table!)
The stupid mother****ing goddam ****ty bonus room has 2, TWO (!!!)) attic storage areas on either side has no insulation so the room is impossible to heat/cool.
My closet is 3 feet wide, with hangar racks on both sides. Try walking down that and finding anything.

Please identify yourself. Asshole.

It’s simple really, you looked it over then jumped a bunch a hoops to buy it as it is. Did you not look at it?

You guys seen home prices on the OC? This was the ONLY one worth a ****. Seriously, it was either $700k, a trailer, or this. Our home in Jackson Co. was already sold. We had to GTFO quickly. In spite of all the above issues, this home was already inspected, new AC, new water heater, new roof. It was a unicorn comparatively.

But, the builder is an asshole and I want him to admit it.

OT - if you got solutions my friend I’m all ears.

Solutions was to take your time and keep looking, til you found what you needed. Maybe rent for awhile,,

I feel for you as you are not alone… you may have a civil case depending on how the contract was written.

I almost had the closing for the new house fall through after selling my house. Not a good situation.
