Illegal to Love, OK to Kill

Should have put the animal in quarantine to see if it had rabies, like they do with dogs and cats that have not been vaccinated.
If a person is bit you do not have to immediately get the shots.
My wife was bitten by a rabid kitten we brought into the house during a rainstorm. Took it to animal control as we could not keep it. It died the next day and they came to our house and notified us it had rabies.
It took over a week for the hospital to get the meds from the CDC as they do not stock them.

I saw this story. He had a raccoon and a squirrel, both inside critters for like seven years. So along comes guvment to take them from INSIDE HIS HOME to keep him safe from rabies, which neither he nor they are exposed to because of the INSIDE HOME part. The squirrel supposedly nipped some brave soldier keeping us all safe from rabid inside squirrels, so they "euthanize" both to make sure they don't have rabies, which is apparently running rampant INSIDE NEW YORK APPARTMENTS.

Then again, Biden has let so many illegals into New York apartments that maybe that is a serious risk; I don't know.

I'm just glad the squirrel didn't drop a nut on a car, then the entire animal control SWAT team would have to shoot up the place.

I swear, it's like you have to lose 30 common sense IQ points to work for gov. "We're just following orders, sir".
Squirrels even outside squirrels have a very rare chance of getting rabies. This is definitely government overreach. Also, the lady that recorded this needs to face charges.
