I'm 99% sure the dealership stole my G17.

Hope you find it Chris

I never leave anything when i go to the dealer. They are all thieves I've purposefully left money around the areas getting fixed to see if they steal it and 9 out of 10 they do.

speechless..... If you can't keep up with your firearms no better than that??? I pray for you and your family that I don't end up seeing y'all on the news for a neg discharge or a kid ending up with your gun. Damn dude. I'm not trying to put you down because I know **** happens but damn.

Had a nice .380 in one of those cable vault things under the drivers seat, cabled around the seat mounts.
Did the recall thing at the Dodge dealer in Roswell, got home and the box and cable were gone.
After hours, so I show up in the AM, nobody saw anything, denied the whole thing.
Those won't foil the well prepared thrives.

Dang so many "perfect" gun owners on here! I wonder if they've ever did any thing they regretted? If not, I bet their wife did. Just saying. Brother, search hard. if not found- report it. I've lost one for a short time...scared me to death. I do understand you may have dropped the ball, but just pick it up and move on.

And brother I'm no saint by any means... I drink like a fish. But I know one thing.... My handgun is either on my side or locked up in the safe at home. No matter which place I may have my handguns I know where they are 110% at all times. Good luck.

My gun was on my hip. Well appendix. Well where my appendix used to be.
My other one was locked up.
We get it.

Hell I was wearing a Ruger LCR 357 last year turkey hunting at Pine log WMA and the clip holding it on my belt was slightly bent and it came off. Anyways I got to the house before I realized I had dropped it. To make it worse it was in a brown leather holster that blended in perfectly with the leaves. After a mile long track back through the woods I found it on the side of the hill I had been hunting about half way down, I got a new clip that night ordered. Sometimes crap just happens.
