The mechanic probably needed a hammer, saw the Glock, figured same thing and save a trip to his toolbox.....
This whole situation sucks. But this is the reason I don't leave anything of value in my car when I take it to the dealer. I even take my cds out.
and don't forget the radio head as well, it reduces the risk of them messing with your volume/station preferences. my dad had his radio stations changed once when he left his chevy silverado at the dealer
at the same dealer he put his truck in for a oil change and came back to find they replaced his radio and his passenger side rear tire, they refused to admit to doing it
I know, I know. I mostly listen to Internet radio but sometimes I want to listen to certain songs...
At least he didn't say 'cassettes'....
