doesn't work for me at all...I get a little drowsy...stay up til 4am...but once I actually goto sleep...forgetaboutit!!Speaking of. I need to get some more melatonin today.

out for hours. so I GUESS it works for more sleep, but I can't control when I pass out.
edit: and I am very groggy when I do get up.
Tried melatonin once, slept great. Woke up next morning, rolled out of bed, and hit the floor. Flopped around like a fish on a deck for a couple of minutes. When I could finally stand somewhat steadily, checked my bp..Speaking of. I need to get some more melatonin today.
