Insomnia cures?

If I go to sleep right now I can get an hour and 18....17 minutes sleep.
This is the math I do everyday when I get home from work.
Well...I'm down to 19 minutes. Might as well make coffee.

Over the years I've learned that if I have less than an hour and a half left, just stay up.
Who is up?
My brain will be up at least another 40 min.Gonna try and sleep now though.
