Is anyone else constantly being prompted to upgrade their Java?

I was getting it, but not today, so far. I was able to dismiss it, someway every time it popped up. Don't even know what "oracle" is........................ I use windows 7 , & IE with DUCK-DUCK Go , & I don't even know if I've got "Java"...................I don't upgrade anything that I don't already know about other than those automated Microsoft items, & I do my upgrades on my AV programs manually every day.

Well I've only been on for a few minutes so far today, but things seem smooth so far. Thanks OS! I'll stop back in this thread a little later to confirm that the problem has been resolved.
