Dang hard to discern rifle shots (direction) while intoxicated (or not) at 0330 or any time. Ring camera may have captured a running deer, but how does she know it was being targeted?

First I'd think in most situations, she doesn't have her facts straight. But assuming she did. The hunter has a couple of charges. One, discharging a firearm near a residence or building. Second, hunting deer after hours. Could also be reckless conduct with a firearm and discharging a firearm near a public roadway
