How did you mess up removing the hand guard? Was the locking ring frozen or not having the removal tool?
That shotty looks really nice now. I'm working on a little 12 gauge home defense model at the moment. Very nice job.
Frozen. I ended up cutting the plastic off with a Dremel and still couldn't get the nut loose. Someone had cross threaded it. I dented the carrier getting it off. Passdabullets helped me get the dent out.
I'll see if I can round them up. Last I saw 'em, they were in the bottom of a pocket on one of my range bags.
