Every house is plumbed to where this recirculating system WILL work without running any lines to the furthest fixture!!!

The idea behind the recirculating pump is so you don’t have to wait so long for hot water to reach the fixture from the heater, it will already be recirculated at the fixture

Yes that is where a lot of people get confused, they think a tankless water heater means instant hot water instead of endless.

No sir. 45 year old house. Before we bought it from my in-laws they took out two of three water heaters and put in the Rinnai. Works like a charm. You can not go wrong with this water heater.

This would be a great upgrade for you.. this recirc will absolutely work in your house and you are already plumbed for this..

I have one as well and absolutely love it. Won't use a tank ever again. I have no recirc pump though so the farther fixtures need a minute to get hot but once they do they never run out. There are several benefits over a traditional tank type heater.

My water heater (electric) is about due for replacement. Does someone make a tankless electric water heater that works OK?? Our subdivision has NO GAS SERVICE at all.
