Good condition, but missing the bayonet. Sling and ammo included.
Very good condition for a Chinese sks
Numbers matching, I have not fired this rifle, but I’m pretty sure it has been fired in the past.

The serial number dates the year of production to 1961.

The “long collar” barrel nut is correct for that year of production.

The stock is definitely a replacement. A 1961 era Arsenal 296 stock would have a side sling swivel on the butt and the matching part number stamped below the swivel. Not to mention, as already pointed out, it would cut for a blade type bayonet

Sino-Soviet? Since it’s a term made up by collectors, it’s also a term that means different things to different collectors. Although most serious collectors would only consider a Arsenal 296 stamped (ie /26\ stamped) SKS Sino-Soviet if it were manufactured between 1955 and 1960, many would stick to the first two years of “test “ production, 1955 and 1956 as true Sino-Soviet examples.
