I know y'all think the South has the best biscuits. But I can tell you there's a little place up Emigration Canyon in Utah called Ruth's Diner that puts every last biscuit east of the Mississippi to shame.

Never tried it, but here’s one that sounds good…

we always just made red-eye gravy after cooking country ham.
My wife makes thin pork chops with tomato gravy for breakfast. We'd have it at her Mothers, and she learned how from her. One of my favorites
