It's with a heavy heart I say this. One of my best friends since childhood died Sunday evening. He was 32. He is leaving behind a wife, and 2 young boys. As of now, the coroner suspects a massive heart attack. He is being sent for an autopsy. Please just keep his family in your thoughts and/or prayers. Also, keep me in mind. I just spent some time with him Saturday. It still hasn't hit me yet, but I know its coming...
