I saw that he "intended" to. That has to be a typo. I can't hit anything that I aim at with a paper airplane, let alone a eyeball

He admitted to throwing it at her eye on purpose. He will never see full punishment allowed, who does? The media reported it in just this way to illicit an out raged response.
30 days seems appropriate. Might save him from years of jail later in life...
