I am providing this opportunity to help grow our NWGA contingent and allow us to put names with faces. I know I have personally traded with a lot of guys up here and there are a number of guys that are my shop regulars that are on here as well. In the Dalton area alone we have a crew of very active traders and I know that number is growing. So lets meet up.

Kid and Family friendly---I will probably have my 11 and 9 yr old sons there

Being that it is at my business---I would prefer NOT to have alcohol.
We do have beverages there or you may bring your own...I won't go around sniffing solo cups but I don't want to haul some drunk out the door either.

SWAP MEET-- got some thing you want to sell, bring it... If you have something you WTB throw it in the post and maybe someone will bring it..If you are bringing something to sell, may not be a bad idea to show that in this thread too!

GUN RULES:

1. If you carry--keep it holstered--I don't want ANYONE handling a loaded gun on premises.

2. If you are selling a gun--I want it UNLOADED and open chamber when you walk in the door...(if possible) I will provide chamber flags at the door.

3. Please practice the 4 rules of gun safety...I don't want you shooting someone in my shop and really don't want you shooting one of my high dollar carbon bikes. See below. Be mindful to not Muzzle Sweep your fellow ODT'ers.

Bring a chair, I have several but not sure how many people will be there...I am not going to plan a Dog and Pony show. We will have guns and good company so no need for too much structure.


RULE I: ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

RULE II: NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DESTROY

RULE III: KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

RULE IV: BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET
 
I'll be there.

I'll have some stuff for sale, swap. Several MOE Magpul Grips for AR's. One black, couple of OD greens, and a FDE I believe. Also a FDE rail handgrip from Magpul as well. Will also have some Delta Handguards for AR, a Vortec Red Dot scope with 2x magnifier for any any railed gun. Supposed to switch from Red to Green but the green dot doesn't work.

A 6 position Palmetto State Armory stock for AR will make the trip as well.

Will have a few bricks of CCI Mini Mags for 22LR to swap and possibly some 20rd boxes of TAP Hornaday 5.56. Will have at least one or two PMAGS for swap/trade/sale.

Things I need include a MBUS flip up rear sight, .223/5.56 ammo, slings for AR with QD push button attachment (one or two point), mags for Glock 23 or 26, 9mm ammo, someone to fix my Garmin Cadence sensor on my road bike, and an ice bag once my bag of frozen peas quits working (having a vasectomy 24hrs before the meet and greet). Will also consider trades for other things I may not yet be aware that I need!
