Jet ski fishing

Anyone do this? I have a beach house and want to do some offshore fishing off my jet ski. Need some advise on setting it up.

I would think that it would be difficult in the ocean. But I've never done or seen it done so what do I know.

They’re catching large red snappers this week in Pensacola using $800 RC boats with 1/2 lady fish baits from the beach. You could run 2 lines out even farther & probably get some huge sharks.

Pretty neat! My place is in port st joe. I’d rather fish off my ski instead of kayak, it just gives more range and ease. I’ve been watching some videos online, and folks catch big stuff off their skis. This was a 9’ hammerhead that was dead on the beach last weekend, so there are def some big fish around st joe and the cape.

I don’t know about fishing off them,but I wish they would make a hunting season for them at lake oconee.

I got a buddy who fishes off of one of those Sea foo jet skis set up for fishing. Trolls off the beach for kings, Spanish, and whatever else bites. Does pretty well to.
