Agreed. I would as well. Regardless of his age. He can spend the rest of his life in jail, along with the rest of them. Children lost their innocence. Children were abused by an adult man and other adult men did nothing about it. The children have to live with this for the rest of their life, and all the emmotional and physical issues that go along with it. These men losing their freedom is the very LEAST that should happen.
I did not say he should not be prosecuted; I said won't.
I think that old bastard is going to get prosecuted because there is more dirt to this story yet to be uncovered and if that DA is worth anything they will make there career of this case. There was a systemic problem at this school and to many knew it.

It is jsut going to get uglier and uglier as the truth washes out.
Next step, change the NCAA rules to make this a actually rule violation which it is not currently written and then apply the NCAA Death penalty to Penn State after they throw them all in jail.
