If you have any kids that enjoy exploring this is a good one. We found 5-6 salamanders. One 4-5" long that we managed to catch finally and one that was 6-8" long that was too slippery for me to get a hold of. Ended up finding 20-25 crawfish and my kid got her first pinch from a little tiny one which just about ruined her whole day. Any help identifying the two nymphs/larvae would be great. I'm guessing a mayfly nymph on the long skinny one but not sure about the other.

The one I caught that was the size of my hand was about to be Cliff bait.

Those are big Crayfish.

Most all of them were fairly typical. Anywhere from an inch to two inches. That one though was a big big one. You don't often find them that big in a small creek.
