Just curious. If you are 60 how cold is too cold when looking to relocate and retire?

62 for Social Security. 60 1/2 from my job.

How things change. Looks like I'm retiring at the end of this year. Life's to damn short and the difference between going at the end of this year at 60 1/2 years versus staying until 62 is $300 per month. Not worth staying for that.

I have a few years left to work and do not want to stay here in Kingsland GA on the FL border. How cold is too cold and where?

Maine and West Virginia are out due to amount of snow.

you live in a great place now! not too cold. St. Mary's Fernandina is great fishing. weather is good for me. I like 70 and up. fits my age too.

Hard to beat middle Georgia for 8 months of the year. Hurricanes are a lot worse than a little snow. If my son could find help during hay season the wife and I would never be in Georgia during the summer months.

I've been to almost every state. And I'm still in Georgia. Gotten to where 70 degrees is my minimum comfortable. When I was a teen 40* and a long sleeve flannel was good weather
