You said 20 guns but you didn't give the 'mix' of long guns vs handguns. It's way too small for 20 long guns, but with some of the accessories, you can certainly get a mix of half a dozen long guns and 9 or 10 handguns.
Yes, an angle grinder and 20 minutes will get a determined thief into your collection, but with all the same gear and a bit more time, it'll let him into most safes, unless you've done some creative things to stop him having free access to the corners of the unit.
I have one or two not in the safe. I have a whole house alarm system that’ll instantly let me know when any door or window is messed with. In addition it has one button police, fire, EMT response, fire/smoke and cellular alerts with live video on my phone.
A traditional safe provides a reasonable level of protection. Power tools, determination, and time will overcome any traditional safe.
The automatic protection of an alarm system is a far better layer protection than the best safe.
