To me it is actually better, you get a warranty and it really is "New" not "Like New" w/ who knows how many rounds choked out.

You're right. I've been told several times while selling knives and Kydex at gun shows, that no paperwork is worth $100. It is not to me, used is used, but some people are willing to pay more to not leave a paper trail.
