Just what east Coweta needs. A thousand more houses between Senoia and Sharpsburg.

I just moved out of Atlanta to get away from the overcrowding and overdevelopment. Newnan is growing and Coweta County wants a portion of Chatt Hills for "green space." Nope. If you've driven the area you'll see that subdivisions are going up everywhere and decimating the green spaces that were once there. Cities and counties want the revenue and taxes will continue to rise. I'm not sure if Heard County is far behind. Many of the folks I talk to on the subject have or are looking in Alabama. There never seems to be enough development for the greedy hands of government and rich real estate investors. They don't care about us at all. It is all about the benjamins.

Wait til the market crashes and people start losing those homes they couldn't afford in the first place and the Walmart parking lot van life regains momentum
Let's go Brandon !
Your assuming a crash. While I wouldn't be surprised with the current inflation this may be the best we get for a long time to come.

When masses of people leverage themselves to the tipping point there's usually a crash that follows. Just history repeating itself over and over
