Great CS. I've never had a bad experience, always very helpful. You can go to website and fill out a warranty request and they will mail you the part.
 
Same here...service and turnaround time was magnificent. They even asked if I wanted to keep my knife for sentimental reasons and have it repaired or just replace it. I kept it because I love my Blur.
 
They come with a lifetime sharpening as well. Which is great for people like me, when I get done sharpening a knife it goes from one that won't cut butter to one that won't push through melted butter.
