Leak in my metal roof

Well I went at it. I tore down the super skinny plywood ceiling. Come to find out the guy that flipped the house must have known about the leak. They put up new plywood, Painted it with THICK latex paint, put trim on all edges of the plywood, and caulked the bajeesus out of it. They did that to his the water intrusion during listing/sale of the home.

Ass hole.

The new wood is all rotted where the water sits on it.

Oh and they put expanding foam on the inside of the leak to try and slow it down. Ass holes.

Here come pics....

Looks like a very flat roof and if I'm seeing it right it's leaking in the valley between the house and porch. It is so flat I don't think you will be able to stop the leak as in a valley the is even less of a slope.

I'm guessing the porch roof wasn't inspected when it was added on as I'm sure it wouldn't pass inspection.

It is in the valley between the main home and the added on sunroom area. I can't tell you if it was inspected, I just purchased this home in August.

It is a 1964 home with a renovation and addition.
