I have had pretty good luck with the belts and wallets from the Indian/Hindu women at the RK gun shows. They have a table with stuff. Not the greatest, but my wallet is 6 years old and probably has another 2 or 3 years left. Belt is like new after 5 years or so, decent leather that won't fall apart on you.

Ditto on Hank's. I don't have one of their wallets, but I do have two of their belts and my wife has one. If the wallets are the same quality as the belts (I'm sure they are) then it's what you're looking for.
Geeeez , totally forgot about those.....
Twenty years ago I purchased a Salmon Leather tri-fold from Ocean Leathers In St. Johns VI. I have carried it every day and have yet to wear it out. Incredible durability.
I need a new passport wallet, and I've been looking at making my own. If you're interested in doing your own wallet, Jim Linnell is a good resource and master leather craftsman. He originally went to work for Tandy in 1978. Lot's of videos of him and Tandy on YT.
