My oldest some is “graduating” from 8th grade this year and I’d like to get him something as a memento that he can use and keep for a long time. I received a leatherman wave from my wife and him (he was only 6 months old at the time so I don’t gunk he chipped in much cash toward the purchase) on my first Father’s Day that I was a father. I love that thing and get a lot of use out of it. But it’s pretty big. I am considering getting him a wave, but wanted to hear if anyone had any experience or recommendations of other leatherman models.
