I had one years ago and yes it was a PIA. ONLY plus side is I like leather and OWB on a "non-daily carry"...
in winter I did use a shoulder holster which was'not hard to find...

I’d like a good leather shoulder holster. I’ve been looking at them but man they are pricey. I have a few kydex holsters for it already im trying to sell that just aren’t working for me. I sold a 20 awhile ago and ended up with another one now. I only carry it the woods anyway so that’s why im leaning towards the leather shoulder straps.

I am a lefty and carry my 29 quite a bit. I carry my 29, 20 and 40 in a DeSantis Speed Scabbard for OWB. IWB the 29 in a Cozy Partner. In the backcountry I have a molle holster on my binopack.
