So let's say theoretically I have a couple rifles for trade, and a guy in Florida wants to come to GA to trade me his rifle for said 2 rifles is FTF ok or do

we have to meet at an FFL to transfer?

Yep, if someone lives out of state the law says you must do an ffl transfer
