If it wasn't for the round part where the striations are on the slide it kind looks like a Macarov CCW.

It's not a knock off a clone or a close copy of anything as far as I know. This is a gun that was originally designed in-house by a specific firearm company. And the one I pictured is a later variation of a design that first sold maybe 20 years earlier.
