i have figured out what most of the markings mean but any help on them would be awesome!

My 1937 Tula Arsenal. With a SVD side rail and a SVD side rail mount. Bolt turned down and swept back 30 degrees with pull ring for the safety. Stained the Stock a dark green. I'll try and get better pics.
