I don't think I did at all. I think I addressed the part I cared about, which is being able to be hands free by using a sling. I'm not trying to advocate this or that for all the scenarios we could come up with, which I know is what you're getting it. Will leave that for others to discuss.

Back in the day, a semi was finicky to what loads worked best in it. A pump was not. Semis and ammo have come a long way since then
