Let's talk BBQ sauce.

We keep a variety of stubs stuff at the house, but my personal opinion is that sauce is only used on poorly smoked meat.

If you see me putting sauce on, then the meat is trash.

See I am a sauce guy, I believe they go hand in hand on most pork! Now beef brisket no sauce better be needed!

I prefer a good Eastern NC vinegar based sauce. See a lot of it on the Ga. coast.
