My son and I were leaving the woods when I spotted something out about 300 yards combing over the freshly cut pasture. I walked about 75 yards in her direction along the tree line. She closed the distance as well along the tree line. Young little coyote female didn't know any better. One less breader. 150 yard shot and planted her. I had my muzzle loader and my son had my 257 Ackley. So I confiscated the 257 for the shot.

I have no idea why my phone will load one photo straight and the other sideways. iPhone for you I guess.

FYI - you can cut the skin around the tail and use two small sticks - one on each side of tail - griped in your fist - to skin the tail off the bone. The soak split open and salt or borax it to keep from rotting.

Same thing works on anything with a tail - Deer - Skunk - Fox...

I don't know if my wife would tolerate anymore animals or parts on the walls lol. If my son shoots it that's a different story!!
