I found bleeding the shark after you first catch it and cooking it on the grill is a great way to do it. After you bleed it, you will have plenty of friends.

spent 3 days last week shark fishing in Tampa Bay. Lots a shovel heads, bulls and sand sharks.
good times.

Lot of black tips here , really like to take a bull, Tiger would be even better.

Well as of August last year it's still the St.George Tavern. Always get good food and drink there. And Yuup they still serve a Mean Corned beef Samich.

In Daytona, Go to Deck Down Under. Great food and cold beer right on the river. Its under the Dunlawton Bridge.
